Return and Refund Policy

Welcome to The Queer Penguin's Return and Refund Policy. This policy outlines our procedures and guidelines regarding returns, cancellations and refunds.

1. Returns

1.1. In the unlikely event that you have an issue with your product and perhaps need a replacement or a return, we’ll do our best to make this happen. 

1.2. Please note return requests are subject to approval based on the condition they are in. 

1.3. If you would like to raise a return request: 

Please submit a return request within 24 hours of receipt of the package, and be sure to include your Order ID. To verify the condition of the product, we may need you to share images or video. If approved, we will reach out to you to initiate the refund/exchange process. The processing time for returns is between 4-7 days.

Cancellations

1.1. You may cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us at thequeerpenguin@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee cancellations after this time as orders may already be in production.

1.2. Cancellations are subject to approval and may be subject to fees if production has begun.

2. Refunds

2.1. Refunds will be issued for cancellations/returns approved within the specified timeframe.
